From Snake to Fire Horse: When Inner Alignment Becomes Action

February 17 marks a personal threshold for me — the shift from Snake energy into Fire Horse energy.

The past year wasn’t about building something new. It was about shedding what wasn’t true. In Chinese astrology, the Snake refines identity. It exposes where we’ve shaped ourselves around expectation instead of authenticity. Throughout 2025, I saw how much of my worth had been measured through comparison and external validation. I thought I needed fixing. Instead, I needed recognition. Around the same time I discovered Human Design, and it reframed my entire self-perception. The traits I had labeled flaws were actually instructions for how I naturally operate. The imposter story I carried for years began dissolving. Then I lost my corporate job. What I expected was panic. What I felt was relief. The weighty anxiety I had been holding all year lifted almost instantly. For the first time, uncertainty didn’t feel unsafe — it felt aligned.

The Snake year didn’t ask me to become someone new. It asked me to stop negotiating with who I already am. Now the Fire Horse arrives. Where the Snake works internally, the Horse moves externally. Where the Snake reveals truth, the Horse lives it.

I feel momentum building — conversations turning into opportunities, connections forming naturally, and steps becoming clearer without force. It’s less about figuring life out and more about participating in it.

There’s a line from The Alchemist: “When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.” I don’t experience that as magic. I experience it as coherence — when inner truth and outer action finally match. Synchronicities reveal itself to me more frequently especially when I need it most or when I need reminding that I'm headed in the right direction . . . to keep pushing. I love my butterflies, a symbol of transformation.

The Snake helped me understand who I am. The Fire Horse, asks me to live accordingly . . . to be bold in my calling. Years of quiet nudging, now embodied ready to illuminate my light into the world.
